Our last meet and greet was a
great disappointment. We only had
3 new residents present and half of
the people who did sign up, did not
attend. What people don’t realize is
that a lot of work, time, money and
effort go into the all the events we
have planned for you. When you

don’t sign up or sign up and don’t
show up it shows us how much you
respect your community. If you
cannot support all the programs we
have for you or come to a meeting
and tell us what you want there will
be no more activities.  Our general
meeting  will be  held this year on
March 14, at which time a report on
what’s been happening in our
community will be given as well as
the swearing in of the new circle

Our annual St. Paddy Day Dinner
and Dance will be held this year on
Sunday, March 18. There will be
raffle baskets from all the circles as
well as a 50/50 drawing and a lucky
Pot of Gold worth $100. There will
be a complete corn beef dinner with
all the trimmings as well as music
and entertainment by Arlen
Marthwez. Make sure you sign up
at your BB. Tickets are $20 and
your activities rep will be around to
collect. For those who don’t have a
rep please call me and I will make
sure you get a ticket. Cut off date is
March 13.
Please plan to attend and PLEASE
let’s not make this the last St.
Paddy Day Dinner we will have.
Women’s Club

         Sweetheart Fair on Feb. 10
was quite a success. A lunch of
hot dogs with ‘fixins’ and the
sandwich of sausage, peppers &
onions was served. Also available
were home baked goods which
sold very well.  All other items -
household goods, books, jewelry
and electronics also sold well. The
items left were given to Habitat.
The whole affair was enjoyable for
          Bus Trip to the Gulfstream
Casino on Feb. 22 was well
attended and many enjoyed the
horse races as well as the casino.
It was a really nice day out.
         A second Bunco Party took
place on Feb. 28 - back again by
popular demand.
         Our last event of the

Lunch on April 11.  Hope to see
you all there.   Board Mtg - 1st
