After Hurricane Irma please make sure the office has an updated copy of your house
insurance. Also check roofs and gutters for leaves and debris.
Volunteers are needed to answer phones in the office on Monday, Wednesday and Friday
from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Hope everyone was safe and had little to no damage from Hurricane Irma. Thank you M&P
for the quick cleanup and bringing Country Manors back to its beautiful condition.
I am sorry to say that due to my failing health I will no longer be able to do all that I use to do
for the Activities Club, BUT have no fear we still will provide you with some kind of activity
each month. Make sure you check your bulletin board for that month’s activity.
This month we will have our Halloween costume party(and maybe some kind of dinner), so put
on your thinking caps and come up with a good costume because prizes will be awarded for
the best costume.
PLEASE be patient with us, as there are only a few of us here until the snowbirds arrive. Any
help you can offer will be GREATLY appreciated and you can call me any time (561-637-
6502) with any ideas you may have or to lend a hand. Thank you for your patience and
Now on a sadder note I am sorry to say that Gean Richie, who was our entertainment director
has passed away. Our deepest sympathy to his family and friends.
Our first meeting of this season is on Wednesday, October 4th at 12:00 p.m. We missed our
September meeting due to the hurricane. All our circlettes need to attend this business
Our General meeting on Wednesday, October 11th at 1:00 p.m. will be a “Bunco Party.”
Players for Bunco will pay $5.00 each. There will be cash prizes at the end of the games. We
are looking forward to a fun time to start our new season.
We hope all our friends and family weathered the storm successfully and that we will see you
all at the General meeting.
Our November General meeting will be on the 8th at 1:00 p.m. There will be an art project, the
subject is not yet announced.
